Apparently the Spain General Society of Authors and Editors (SGAE) is letting its assosiates use Creative Commons licenses for their works. As an example there is the case of “La zona sucia” of Nacho Vegas which is licensed under a CC Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike license.
Apparently the authors demand to the SGAE only the rights of commercial use of their work, so as long as the licenses exclude the use of the work for commercial purposes is compatible with the SGAE politics.
Now this means that the SGAE would only be compatible or allow the use of the three Creative Commons licenses that have the NonCommercial clause. So of the six CC licenses that exist the only ones compatibles would be: CC Attribution-NonCommercial, CC Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike and the CC Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs
